French lessons : 25-30 hours of formal French lessons, suited go the level of the student. Grammar, speaking and writing exercices will be offered. If the student has specific needs, he/she can ask the teacher to work on that.
- Waldorf crafts : woodworking and book binding. A small object that can be easily brought back home will be done. Of course, it is also an opportunity to practice French in real life situation.
- A wide range of cultural and sporting outings, to discover our wonderful region and speak/listen to spoken French.

Students will explore the Greek myths. Who were their Gods? What do they tell us about the values and culture of ancient Greek civilization? Students will break up into small groups and write an adaptation, act and direct their own short play of a myth of their choice.
Why was Medusa so misunderstood? Go with Persephone to Hades and back. Find out why Aphrodite and Hephaestus had drama. Why Eros' arrows of love can be dangerous. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades these brothers ruled the world from the heavens, the seas and the underworld! Least we not forget Hecate goddess of magic, night, and moon.
What do these myths reveal about us today? Is humanity still facing the same challenges as the ancient Greeks?

Flamenco music from Andalusia. Influences from Moorish, Jewish, and Gypsy communities. Through folklore and dance children will learn the origins of the music of Sapin.

Cantabrian music from Spain's northern coast. Introduced to the region by Celtic settlers centuries ago. Influenced by the sea, bagpipes, acapella, and the essence of life along the northern coast.

Traditional Basque folk music has a distinct French influence. Instruments include Alboka and Clairnet in a circular breathing technique. Kirikoketa, wooden percussion. Tobrak percussion instrument with metal bars.

Join us as we travel through history to the jazz era in New Orleans. Learn the response musicians, writers and immigrants had to the Jim Crow South’s oppressive laws. This play treats prejudice, women’s suffrage, and human rights. It tel6ls the beautiful story of immigrants from all over the world who came together to create the democratic experiment of acceptance that transformed the world and continues to do so today. Where every culture is celebrated and contributes to the sound of freedom.

Students will learn about and perform songs from New Orleans earliest jazz musicians including Jelly Roll Morton & Louis Armstrong.
